Visualizing the Landscape of Green Gentrification: A Bibliometric Analysis and Future Directions

Green gentrification has emerged as a critical and dynamic research field in environmental justice gentrification. Few studies have systematically reviewed the current state of green literature. This paper adopts CiteSpace-based bibliometric approach to quantitatively qualitatively analyze 186 publications from Web Science database 2009 2022. The objective is assess fundamental characteristics, identify hotspots, themes, frontiers, future trends gentrification, present knowledge map. results reveal following: (1) moved through preparation, primary, prosperity stages and, since 2014, experienced exponential growth while maintaining robust upward trend.
